Howell Brooks was founded in the City of London in 1818 – 50 years before the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), which now regulates us. Our long history and acknowledged track record of providing exceptional service is combined with ongoing investment and a fresh approach to property consultancy.

The success of this approach can be judged from the fact that almost 90% of our turnover is from repeat business – clients who love what we do and the way that we do it, and so come back to us time and again.
